The precast staircase has now been successfully installed, establishing permanent vertical circulation within the building and enabling subsequent works to advance efficiently. This has been followed by the completion of the reinforced concrete roof steelwork, culminating in the pouring of the roof slab. Together, these works mark a significant step forward, bringing the building to full structural height and reinforcing its overall form.

In parallel, scaffolding has been fully erected along the side and rear elevations. This provides safe and efficient access for the project team as external works commence, and will support the upcoming phases of façade installation and architectural finishing.

With the structural framework now firmly in place, Cedaroe Mansion continues to take shape as a refined residential development in London.
