Cedaroe Mansion update: Structural work for fourth floor completed
Cedaroe Mansion has now reached the fourth floor, continuing to rise with clarity of design and purpose as its architectural form takes shape.

The third-floor slab was poured on 18 December 2025, followed by the completion of the third-floor walls and columns on 22 December. Prior to these works, building control and structural warranty inspections were carried out on 17 December to review the third-floor steelwork.

Construction on the fourth floor has progressed incrementally. Formwork has been installed, the slab poured, and the walls and columns completed, with reinforcement bars clearly defining the structure. From this level, units now enjoy wide, sweeping views across Finsbury Park, offering a sense of openness and connection to the surrounding landscape.

With the fourth floor completed, the projecting horizontal bands that form the distinctive curved balconies and corner loggias, as envisioned by architect Chris Lee, can now be clearly seen.

The photos shared here capture the steady progress of this carefully considered Art Deco-inspired project. To learn more ahead of the official launch, please contact sales@seedoegroup.com or WhatsApp Cedaroe Mansion (+44 7999 016988).
