This includes the full framework for all five link bridges – a distinctive architectural feature that will link the rooftops of the six blocks and support both communal interaction and rooftop greening.
Also completed are the structural bases for rooftop planter containers, which will soon host a rich array of trees and shrubs, as well as masonry works for the pools located at ground level. These features form a crucial part of the estate’s vision of a lush, nature-integrated lifestyle.
Kimen Group executive director Arthur Aw shared his reflections on the progress, “The six blocks are shaping up nicely. While some blocks have yet to have their windows and facades installed, the basic framework is already in place. I was particularly happy when the link bridges were positioned – it was a powerful moment for me to see our vision of creating a community of neighbours becoming friends physically coming together.
“Some of the trees and shrubs are already on the rooftops, and many more are on the way. It’s exciting to see our ‘living in nature’ ethos slowly taking root – quite literally. Every step brings us closer to creating a home where greenery, shared spaces, and meaningful human connection are part of everyday life.”
As construction advances, Kimen remains committed to delivering a residential environment where architecture, community, and nature seamlessly converge. We look forward to sharing more updates in the months ahead.
