Designed as more than a simple key collection, the handover experience was thoughtfully curated to introduce residents to the spirit and design ethos of the development. Upon receiving their keys, homeowners were invited to revisit the showflat, where renovation guidelines and curated colour palettes were shared to help guide future interior works in harmony with the overall architectural vision.
Residents were then taken on a guided tour of the development’s facilities, including the six distinct rooftop quarters, each offering its own character and vantage point. The experience concluded at their new homes, where a specially prepared welcome set awaited them.
The welcome set reflected both the identity of Jervois Mansion and Kimen’s attention to detail. It included a potted hydroculture Aglaonema plant, echoing the development’s nature-inspired landscape; a selection of raw bird’s nest as a gesture of wellness; a Galaxy Tab A9 and Google Nest Hub to facilitate seamless connection to the Residents’ App; and a commemorative box set of books on Jervois Mansion.
Homeowners responded warmly to the experience. “I’m impressed by the thought that went into the handover process, the detailing of the amenities, and how smoothly everything was managed. The development looks every bit as good as what was promised during the launch,” shared Wee Teck, a new resident.
Speaking at one of the handover sessions, Kimen Executive Director Arthur Aw reflected on the milestone: “It is deeply gratifying to see the development come to life and to know that residents are happy with what we have worked so hard to deliver. I am especially excited to see how the gardens and greenery will mature over time. Most importantly, I look forward to seeing a strong sense of community take root. Ultimately, it is the relationships between people that transform a development into a true home.”
The completion of Jervois Mansion marks another significant milestone for Kimen, reflecting its commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed homes and meaningful living environments.
