The signing ceremony was held at Signature’s head office near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 25 November and the MoU was signed by SEEDoE’s director Arthur Aw, Signature’s group CEO Lau Kock Sang and director of operation Simon Leong Kin San, and witnessed by Datuk Dr Ravin Ponniah, managing director of Endeavour Land (Signature’s business partner).

Signature will provide custom cabinetry for all units of Cedaroe Mansion, including floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinets with thoughtful and highly functional drawers and shelves, kitchen island countertops, closets for bedrooms with glass doors, cloak closets near the entrances of units and cabinets for the PLUS room.

After signing the MoU, Aw said, “For Cedaroe Mansion which is our first venture overseas, we have chosen to work with Signature as we are confident that they can meet our stringent requirements in terms of quality and attention to detail. This MoU will enable both SEEDoE and Signature to synergise each other’s strength and innovate and grow the overseas market in a mutually beneficial partnership.”
