Kimen sets up affiliate company SEEDoE for overseas expansion
Kimen has set up an affiliate company SEEDoE to expand its real estate development footprint overseas.

The name SEEDoE is a portmanteau of “Seed”, “of” and “e”, with the “e” standing for emunah (meaning “faith” in Hebrew). Therefore, the name means “seed of faith”.

The black dot on the SEEDoE logo is the “mustard seed” of faith mentioned in the Bible (Matthew 17:20) that is capable of moving mountains represented by one green triangle “moving” into another green triangle. Moving mountains is a metaphor signifying a seemingly impossible task; but with even a little bit of genuine faith, mountainous obstacles can be overcome. And this genuine faith rests on trusting in God’s sovereignty, faithfulness, goodness, grace and mercy.

Arthur Aw, Kimen’s executive director and SEEDoE’s director, said, “The two interlinked triangles in the logo also forms a stylised infinity sign, alluding to long-lasting and dynamic partnerships which aligns with Kimen’s slogan of ‘Growing with you, our customers, partners and people’.”

SEEDoE London is a private limited company registered in 2019 in London, England, and is owned by SEEDoE Ventures, an affiliate company of Kimen.

SEEDoE has started work on Cedaroe Mansion in Woodberry Down in Zone 2 of Central London, developing it in partnership with award-winning Serie Architects.

London-based Serie Architects, led by Christopher Lee, is an international practice specialising in architecture, urban and sustainable design, with a portfolio that includes projects in the UK, Singapore, India, China, and the Middle East.
