Kimen Executive Director Chye Huat presented Louis with a long-service plaque celebrating his time with the company during the daytrip to Johor Bahru on 23 October 2023.

The all-boys’ trip started with early pickups from 8am, and stopping first for a wholesome bak kut teh for breakfast.

With stomachs filled, it was time to get the muscles properly relaxed with Thai massage.

Lunch was a Chinese affair at Peking Restaurant, while dessert was the yin-yang combination of durians and fresh coconuts al fresco.

To work off some calories, the boys went gokarting, sparking off some competitive racing.

Although there was some occasional rain, it did not dampen the spirits of the boys.

“Spending time together in a casual setting is a good way for staff to bond and get to know each other on a more personal level,” said Siew Loong as the trip ended.
